Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please choose your Klim goods carefully and use the sizing guides provided. We do not allow returns or issue refunds for change of mind or for incorrect size selection.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you have received an item that does not match your order. If you need to make an exchange please inform us first by sending an email to: email@example.com. We will send you instructions about where to return your item. We will cover any shipping charges incurred.
Please do not send items to Klim Type Foundry’s Wellington business address as this is not where our goods orders are fulfilled.
Wrong address returns
In rare cases packages are returned because the postal service has been unable to deliver the package. If the shipping address provided by you at the time of the order was incorrect and the package was returned to us, we will ship it again, but a second shipping charge will apply.
In exceptional circumstances we may issue a refund. When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an agreed refund, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
